All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). During this time, we confirm your order, prepare it for shipment, and hand it over to the courier.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 3–6 business days. Delivery times may vary due to courier schedules, holidays, or weather-related delays.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the UK. There are no hidden fees or additional delivery costs added at checkout.
4. Delivery Area
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). At this time, we do not ship internationally.
5. Delivery Partners & Tracking
We partner with Royal Mail and DPD for safe and reliable nationwide delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
6. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, the courier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us, and a redelivery fee may apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email to support@billboardfurniture.shop with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
